After graduating from Brown University and a brief career in journalism, Peter Asen joined OSA's staff in 2005 as the Development and Communications Director.  Peter took a brief hiatus from OSA to manage a U.S. Congressional campaign in Maine, where he grew up, and returned to Rhode Island in the fall of 2008.  Peter became OSA's Executive Director in 2009.

Originally from Maryland, Daniel joined OSA's staff full-time in May of 2008.  He previously worked with OSA during the 2006 elections on the non-partisan Voice Your Vote and Voter Action civic engagement campaigns.  Daniel graduated from Vassar College in 2004 with a BA in History.  Daniel moved to Rhode Island after working on the 2004 presidential election in Wisconsin.  Prior to working at OSA, he worked as a community organizer with the SEIU Local 615 on the Rhode Island Justice for Janitors campaign.
